License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of digital products purchased or downloaded from Digital Lab Empire (“we”, “our”, “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product from digitallabempire.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Upon successful purchase, Digital Lab Empire grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital product strictly in accordance with this Agreement. All licenses are granted to a single user unless otherwise stated.

2. License Types

Standard License

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all digital products are sold under a Standard License, which allows:

  • Personal use
  • Internal business use
  • Educational or reference use

The Standard License does not allow redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of the product.

Reseller or Extended License

Some products are clearly marked as Reseller or Extended License products. These licenses may allow resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation under specific conditions. Exact rights and limitations for reseller products are described on the individual product page and take precedence over this Agreement.

3. Permitted Uses

  • Download and store the product for personal or authorized business use
  • Edit or customize templates for your own projects
  • Use the product for commercial purposes if explicitly permitted

4. Prohibited Uses

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the digital product
  • Upload the product to file-sharing platforms, marketplaces, or repositories
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the product
  • Use the product in violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products, content, designs, videos, text, graphics, and materials remain the intellectual property of Digital Lab Empire or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Download Access

Download access is provided for 30 days from the date of purchase, with a maximum of 5 downloads per product unless otherwise stated.

It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files within this period.

7. License Duration

Unless otherwise specified, the license granted under this Agreement is perpetual, meaning you may continue using the product indefinitely, provided you comply with the terms of this Agreement.

8. Termination

This license will automatically terminate if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the digital product and delete all copies in your possession.

9. No Warranty

All digital products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the products will meet your specific requirements or be error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Lab Empire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our digital products.

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products or this License Agreement at any time. Continued use of the products constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international digital commerce and intellectual property laws.
